At Innovate Heat, we provide sustainable heating and cooling solutions for large commercial buildings across London and the UK. We work with schools, hotels, offices, councils, and other large organisations to design and install high-performance systems that improve efficiency, reduce energy costs, and lower carbon emissions. Feasibility Studies
We offer Feasibility Studies that provide an analysis of the potential renewable solutions that could be implemented. We can review potential sources of heat such as ground source (open and closed loop), water source (marine, river) and air source. The sites current usage and needs are reviewed and then various renewable solutions are proposed. The feasibly report can be limited to just a heat pump upgrade or can be expanded to include high level suggestion for solar pv , LED, BMS and fabric.
Problem Solving
We are also able to use our wealth of knowledge and experience to problem solve poorly performing systems. Our experienced engineers are able to systematically analyse systems, and implement solutions.
Build
We like to build the systems we design ensuring they are built correctly and to a high standard. We have a network of experienced and reputable sub-contractors with which we have built strong relationships over many projects which enables us to deliver projects with consistency. We program and commission our systems with our in house engineers which ensures a high level of quality control.
Detailed Design
We are capable of produce detailed designs (RIBA stage 3 & 4) for heat pump related systems. Our comprehensive design include P&ID’s, layout and elevation drawings, equipment schedules, sizing calculations and descriptions of operations. We are experienced in both new builds and retrofits and can integrate heat pumps into existing distribution networks.
