Our Vision
We are an interdisciplinary team of engineers with contracting and consulting backgrounds from several engineering sectors.
We offer feasibility and detailed design through the RIBA stages for heating and cooling services specialising in heat pump applications. We work directly with end users or within the engineering design team as a specialist sub-consultant.
Innovate heat can offer build services for our designs, operating a transparent subcontractor management and tendering process. Otherwise, we can offer to remain on client side throughout the installation and commissioning and offer witnessing, testing and sign off services.
Our Services
Feasibility Studies
We produce Feasibility Reports that provide a comprehensive analysis of the potential renewable solutions that could be implemented. The sites current usage and needs are reviewed and then various renewable solutions are proposed. The feasibly report can be limited to just a heat pump upgrade or can be expanded to include high level suggestion for solar pv , LED, BMS and fabric.
Build
We like to build the systems we design ensuring they are built correctly and to a high standard. We have a network of experienced and reputable contractors that we have strong relationships which enables us to deliver projects with consistency. We commission our systems with our in house engineers which ensures a high level of quality control.
Detailed Design
We are capable of produce detailed designs (Riba stage 3 & 4) for heat pump systems. Our comprehensive design include P&ID’s, layout and elevation drawings, equipment schedules, sizing calculations and descriptions of operations. Our approach is thorough and our wealth of experience ensures everything is considered. We are experienced in both new builds and retro fits and can ingrate heat pumps into existing distribution networks.
Problem Solving
We are also able to use our wealth of knowledge and experience to problem solve broken or ineffective systems. Our experienced engineer is able to systematically analyse systems, determine problems and implement solutions.
